Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, contact us through the same channel you used to book — WhatsApp message or phone call. Please include your name, pickup date and time, and route so we can locate your booking quickly. We recommend cancelling as early as possible, even before the 4-hour window, so the assigned driver can be re-planned.

2. Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests should be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Requests received within 4 hours of pickup may still be accommodated where possible, but acceptance depends on the booking status at that time — for example, whether the driver has already commenced travel toward your pickup point.

3. What Refund Eligibility Depends On

Any refund of an advance payment, where one was collected, may depend on:

• The status of the booking at the time of cancellation (confirmed, driver assigned, or trip commenced).
• The timing of the cancellation request relative to pickup.
• The payment method used for the advance and the timelines of that payment channel.
• Applicable terms agreed at the time of booking, particularly for multi-day outstation or tour bookings.

Where no advance payment was collected, no refund arises — the booking is simply cancelled.

4. Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel a booking — for reasons such as vehicle unavailability due to breakdown or other genuine constraints — we will inform you as early as possible, assist with alternatives where we can, and refund any advance collected in full, subject to payment-channel timelines.

5. No-Show

If the passenger is unreachable at the pickup point for a prolonged period after the scheduled time despite reasonable attempts to contact, the booking may be treated as cancelled from our side. We always attempt to call and WhatsApp before considering this step.
