This Privacy Policy explains how Aggarwal Taxi ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website, contact us, or book a taxi. We keep this policy in plain language because privacy explanations shouldn't need a lawyer to read.

• Booking details you share: name, mobile number, number of travellers, car preference, trip type, pickup and drop addresses, travel dates and times, and any message you add.
• Communication content: the messages and calls exchanged with us on WhatsApp or phone, including fare discussions and confirmations.
• Technical data: standard server information (such as browser type and pages visited) if and when server logs are maintained by our hosting provider.

The booking form on this website does not send your data to our server — it opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled, so the information travels directly from your device to our WhatsApp Business number.

2. How We Use Information

• To arrange and manage your taxi booking — assigning the right vehicle and driver.
• To communicate with you about fares, timing, driver details and changes.
• To provide support during and after your journey.
• To keep internal records of bookings for operational and accounting purposes.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. WhatsApp Communication

Booking through WhatsApp means your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as ours. Your chat history with us remains visible to our booking team, who need it to serve your trip. You may delete the chat from your side at any time; our operational copies are governed by the retention section below.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This website is a lightweight static site. It does not set advertising cookies or build tracking profiles. If analytics or map-embedding services are enabled in future, they will be standard, reputable services and this policy will be updated to describe them.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run the site and the business — for example, WhatsApp (Meta) for communication, Google Fonts and Bootstrap CDN for website assets, and Google Maps where a map embed is shown. These services receive only what is technically necessary (such as your IP address when your browser loads their assets) and are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable, practical safeguards appropriate to a small business: limiting access to booking details to the people who need them, using official business contact channels, and avoiding storage of payment-card information (we never ask for card details).

Booking records are kept only as long as needed for operational, accounting and legal purposes. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or allowed to expire in the normal course of business.
